  3. Select the exam you have created and ensure the name is appropriate.
  4. Select ‘Class’ at the top.
  5. In the Learners section, move any staff members who are not related to this exam to the left-hand side to ensure they can see the exam when looking.
  6. Press ‘Add now’.
  7. Select the monitor option for the new lesson you have added.
  8. Select ‘Edit’ on the left-hand side.
  9. Copy the link in the top left corner (this is the direct link you can send to the team for review).

It is advised that when asking for feedback you focus on the following areas:

    • Images- Check the quality of any images/tables/figures, this may require the sizing to be changed or they may need to send new files to replace them.
    • Correct answers- For Summative exams we only add feedback to multiple choice style questions however these need to be checked.

    • Mark allocation- Check the marks given to each question are correct

    • Special characters- Any special characters or formatting has been checked to ensure the formatting has not effected the message of the question.

    • The instructions- Check the instructions provided both at the start and throughout the exam. This includes any marks, numbers of questions, weights of the marks and time allocations mentioned.
