The Learning Technology Team links Form Squared submissions to specialties and sites, which allows students to view requirements for their current rotation.

FEO administrators are able to report on each specialty and rotation in order to chase missing submissions. These reports are grouped by cohort and can accessed here:

How do I contact students with missing forms?

After you have run a report, students with missing forms can be viewed by clicking the ‘Show Students’ as shown below.

You can also click the ‘Contact students’ button to send emails to all students with remaining forms.
This email will automatically list the missing forms in the email, along with links to the forms required.
