Logging group meetings
You can create group meetings for your tutee groups by clicking the ‘Log a group meeting’ button.
In this interface you can set the date / time, location and the groups you wish to add. If this is a future meeting MedLearn can send out an outlook event to all students in the group.
FAQs
How do I take a register of students that did not attend a group meeting?
After a group meeting has taken place, you can take a register by going to My Tutees > Booking Admin.
Locate the group meeting and click the 'Register Attendance' button.
Simply click any student that did not attend. If all students attended you do not need to take any action.
