Follow these steps tailored for different browsers:

Chrome

With Chrome opened on your computer:

  1. In the top right corner, click More (the three dots).
  2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  4. Check the box next to Cached images and files.
    • Please ensure the other checkboxes are unchecked.
  5. Click Clear data.

Edge

With Edge opened on your computer:

  1. In the top right corner, click Settings and more (the three dots).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Privacy, search and services in the menu on the left.
  4. Under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now, click Choose what to clear.
  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  6. Check the box next to Cached images and files.
    • Please ensure the other checkboxes are unchecked.
  7. Click Clear now.

Firefox

With Firefox opened on your computer:

  1. In the top right corner, click the Menu button (three horizontal lines)
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select Privacy & Security in the menu on the left.
  4. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
  5. Check the box next to Cached Web Content.
    • Please ensure Cookies and Site Data is unchecked.
  6. Click Clear.

Safari

With Safari opened on your Mac:

  1. In the menu bar click Safari and then click Settings.
  2. Click Privacy.
  3. Click Manage Website Data….
  4. At this stage you can search for the websites you wish to clear cached data from and click Remove or click Remove All to remove the cached data of every website.
    • Please note that Safari doesn’t allow you to delete just the cache for a website and will also remove cookies. This will sign you out of most websites and require you to sign in again.
  5. Click Done.

 

Remember, clearing your cache might log you out of various websites, so ensure you’re prepared to sign in again if necessary.
