Allocate certificates to students

There are two ways to assign a certificate to students.

1. Bulk allocate via a CSV

The CSV upload expects two columns:

  • CID
  • Date Awarded.

The Date Awarded column is optional, and can be added for individual students. If no date is added, it will use the ‘Date Awarded’ information in the certificate settings.

2. Assign via completion of a MedLearn quiz

Click the ‘Add a quiz requirement’ tab and you are shown a list of MedLearn sites that contain quizzes. Locate the site, then select the quiz and add the minimum score required to achieve the certificates.

If students can take the quiz multiple times, the certificate will still only be awarded once at the point of last achieving the required score.
